What does your production process actually involve?

Every project runs through five stages, whether it\’s a video, a photoshoot or a podcast: planning, where objectives get set; pre-production, covering scripting or shot lists, locations and scheduling; production itself; post-production, the edit, colour, sound or retouching; and promotion advice on getting the finished piece in front of the right audience.

This Sky News showreel captures a genuinely busy period presenting world news. I’m

The Sky News showreel, in detail

pleased to announce my latest showreel from my time so far presenting the world news slot on Sky News.

It’s certainly been a busy few months in newsrooms across the world, and Sky is certainly no exception. I broke the news that President Donald Trump launched missiles at Syria… we had truck attacks in Westminster and Stockholm, terror on the Russian metro… and of course, the latest Brexit developments and fallouts. What a time to be a journalist!

So here’s my latest showreel of my ‘best bits’ so far. I’ve more shifts confirmed between now and June, so I expect this to be updated later this year.

Enjoy and share!
