This Watford campaign video supported a crucial parliamentary campaign.
The Watford campaign video, on location
I was commissioned to produce the campaign video for Watford’s Labour parliamentary candidate, Chris Ostrowski. Now the General Election is in full swing, Chris agreed that a video was crucial and an important way to deliver his message to a wide audience in the Watford constituency.
Chris invited me to his home to meet his young family – and his adorable children were keen to star in the video before they left for school. I joined his campaign team later in the day to get some additional shots. Thanks to important planning the day before, I was able to determine which shots were needed and how long the shoot would take – this is why a solid script is so important in video production.

The video was completed yesterday – taking just a single day to produce from first shot to final edit on a two-camera setup. Chris was really impressed with the quick turnaround time.
Thank you Eric. It’s an excellent video.

It was a pleasure to film Chris – and with the General Election heating up, video has never before been so crucial to campaigns. So if you’re reading this and would like a professional video turned around quickly, let’s talk.
Best of luck Chris – as I said to Ian Stotesbury when I filmed his campaign video – I hope it brings you success in the polls!
